The Mansion Awaits Spring

April is unilaterally jilted by her fiancé.

For the people of the Deus Grand Duchy, an engagement was a promise to be lifelong companions. It was the duty of parents to kill those who betrayed their children. However, the assassination attempt fails, and as a consequence, the heads of the Lunos family are sentenced to death by hanging.

April, being a minor, receives a 7-year imprisonment.

After serving her full sentence, April desires only one thing: honor.

The honor her parents were willing to die for. The honor of April herself and her family, the Lunos. To achieve this, she was ready to live up to the world’s expectations of her as a villain.

But then…

“You’re under arrest for the serial killings that occurred over the past 3 years.” Armed police block the front of the mansion, accusing her of crimes she couldn’t have committed while imprisoned for 7 years.

“It’s the Deus family again.” April says, seeing Fejin, her ex-fiancé’s younger brother, leading the police. What is Fejin Deus’s purpose in appearing at the mansion? And will April be able to clear her name and restore her family?
